Bastion Primary drama brings home the GOLD! Our drama department took part in 3 performances and we are proud to share the following results: They started their season at the Tygerberg Eisteddfod which was hosted by Durbanville Primary.

They performed at the Playhouse Theatre in Somerset West, and what an experience it was. Certificate of excellence for outstanding performance: Liani Matthee and Juan Pienaar Best production: Hakkelkind They left for Fraserburg in the Northern Cape to take part in the biggest school’s drama festival in the country, the Fraserburg Logan Drama Festival. The festival hosted seven primary schools and many high schools from across the country. Not only was Bastion nominated along with high schools for certain awards, but it was mentioned by the adjudicators that Bastion Primary is a school to look out for.
