Well done to Jacques van der Merwe on winning the BSI Premier Division 18-hole medal with a 3-under 69 at Royal Johannesburg & Kensington GC – East Course on Friday 12 May. This is Jacques eighth win for the year and is back-to-back with last week’s win.  We sense the 3-peat is going to happen with his great run of form. Well done Jacques. Keep it going! BSI Junior Academy 18-Hole Medal. Congratulations to Vuyisani Makama on winning the BSI Junior Academy 18-hole medal with a score of 70, 2-under on the East Course at Royal Johannesburg & Kensington GC on Friday 12 May. This is Vuyisani’s first win for the year and it’s great to see him back on the podium.  We look forward to following his progress for the rest of the year.

SA Country Districts Inter-Provincial Tournament – Devonvale Golf Estate. Well done to Lefa Nale (far right in below image) and the rest of his North West Golf Union Team on winning the 2023 SA Country Districts Inter-Provincial Tournament played at Devonvale Golf Estate from 8-12 May.
