The weekend began with a practical challenge a 1 km hike to the campsite while carrying their own luggage teaching students the importance of preparedness and endurance. Over two days, the learners engaged in a variety of outdoor activities including group dynamics, zip lining, wall climbing, and a structured obstacle course. Each activity reinforced essential leadership principles such as communication, teamwork, perseverance, and critical thinking.
On Saturday evening, students gathered around for a reflective leadership discussion, where they unpacked the lessons learned and shared personal insights on how the challenges shaped their perspectives.
