Stulting Primary School chess players participated in the first round of the SBDCU Chess Trials on Saturday, 24 February. They all played extremely well and most importantly, had so much fun.

The following players received medals in their different age groups:

• Mia du Plessis – 1st place girls u.8
• Neil Heyns – 2nd place boys u.8
• Caleb Bruton – 2nd place boys u.12
• Peighton v Vuuren – 2nd place girls u.14
