Huguenot Primary are extremely proud of Joel van der Spuy (Gr. 3) who recently took part in the Cape Winelands Judo Federation tournament. He won 4 out of his 5 fights to take the overall silver medal in the Novice category. He also took part in the Open category and competed well against stronger opponents. He claimed a silver medal in this category as well.
