Congratulations to St Andrew’s School for Girls’ learner, Michela di Petro (Grade 12), who attended the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Seminar earlier in the year at St John’s College. This was an incredible opportunity for her as there were only 99 spaces available and the criteria includes that students must be doing Mathematics and Physical Sciences as subjects.

A few topics they covered were: The role of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Insights into studying at MIT and more.
