This past Saturday, Ms Penney teacher at Curro Century City   took on the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon, completing the 56km course for the third time and was delighted with a PB time of 4 hours and 41 mins!

The weather was perfect, the views were breathtaking and the energy was out of this world! Although she was using it as her last long training run before Comrades, she still hoped to beat her previous time of 4 hours 54 minutes.

She arrived at the finish line injury-free and feeling strong, and thrilled to have achieved a personal best, shaving 13 minutes off her previous time. Your CCC family is so proud of you, Ms Penney!
