Two of our chess players will take part in the Cape Town Metro Schools Chess Closed Individuals tournament this weekend. Here, they will compete against players from all 4 school districts. Thank you, Mrs Prins, for accompanying our chess players.

Diensbaarheidskomitee: At Eversdal Primary School we cultivate the concept that involves doing something good for others. Today, we are extremely privileged to be able to donate food parcels to a worthy cause. Hier oorhandig Abeline Olivier Laubscher, Glynn Hugo en ons Diensbaarheidskomitee kospakkies aan Mnre. Gerrie Coetzee en Francois van Aardt van Friend of God Vredekloof Campus. Hulle sal vandag hierdie kospakkies na ‘n minderbevoorregte skool in ons omgewing neem. “For it is in giving that we receive” – St. Francis Assisi Paying it forward is an expense we all can afford and one that humanity can’t afford to live without.

Skaak: Panorama skaakdag word jaarliks gehou. Dit is die eerste skaakwedstryd vanjaar waar ons spelers as ‘n span deelneem. Ons is trots op al die skaakspanne wat almal eerste plek behaal het.

Tennis: Die volgende Eversdal leerlinge het Cape Town Tennis (WP) verteenwoordig by die Synergy Cup.
