Edenglen High School  are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our teachers and students in the 2025 National Senior Certificate examinations.

Edenglen High School achieved an exceptional 4th place for the highest percentage of distinctions in Ekhurleni
North, a testament to the dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence shown by both
our learners and educators. This accomplishment reflects countless hours of preparation, support,
and a shared determination to succeed.
We extend special congratulations to our two History teachers who were honoured with the Best
Educator for History award. Their passion for the subject, inspiring teaching methods, and unwavering support of their learners have truly set a remarkable standard. We are equally thrilled to
recognise three of our students who were awarded Best Learner in their respective subjects at

District level:
• Consumers Studies
• Visual Arts
• History
These prestigious awards highlight not only their academic excellence, but also their dedication,
discipline, and love for learning. This achievement belongs to our entire school community. We commend every teacher and student who contributed to this success reiterating why EGHS is a school of choice. Your hard work has
brought honour to our school, and we look forward to building on this momentum in the years to come.
