On 18 March, the Grade 11 learners of the Fidelitas Matric Dance Committee had the exciting opportunity to complete a shadow shift at the San Antonio Spur in Sandton. From 16:00 to 21:00, we eagerly waited tables, serving our teachers, friends, and families in a lively restaurant atmosphere.

The experience was not only enjoyable but also immensely rewarding. It was a fantastic chance for us to engage with our community while gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a restaurant. We learned about teamwork, communication, and the importance of customer service—all essential skills that will benefit us in the future.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to San Antonio Spur, especially to Penny, James, and the entire staff, for their warm hospitality and patience as we navigated our roles. Your guidance made this experience both educational and fun!
