Simoné van Heerden in Grade 12 swapped sticks for takkies at last weekend’s East Coast Brewery Parkrun and absolutely owned it. She was the first female across the line, first in her age group, and her fastest time this year at 25:16!  That’s 26 Parkruns down, with 25 at her home course — a true commitment to fitness, grit, and good vibes.  What better way to fuel the brain for study than a strong start to the day?
