WSPS OUTREACH – DONATION TO THE REACH FOR A DREAM FOUNDATION
Westville Senior Primary recently held a ‘red and white’ civvies day in support of the ‘Reach for a Dream Foundation’, a non-profit organisation that seeks to “alleviate the strain that a critical illness places on children and their families by making their dreams come true”. A sum of R3600.00 was raised, and presented to Kerry Donkin, the Regional Manager of RFAD in KZN, who thanked Westville Senior Primary School for their kindness and generosity. Kerry explained that “fulfilled dreams inspire hope, which gives children a reason to believe that tomorrow is worth fighting for.” Pictured with Kerry are grade 4 learners Hunter Naidoo and Kai Dean.
