We are thrilled to introduce Mr GJ Pretorius, a dynamic addition to our teaching team at Volksrust High School. With a rich background in millwrighting, agricultural work and leadership roles, Mr Pretorius brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our school community.Mr Pretorius will be joining us as a new staff member, starting with his dedication to teaching Grade 8 and 9 Natural Sciences. His passion for education and commitment to student development are evident in his previous roles as a rugby coach and referee, emphasising teamwork and discipline.

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Pretorius will transition to our Agricultural Department, where his expertise in farm operations and machinery maintenance will be invaluable. His hands-on experience from farms in South Africa and the United States underscores his proficiency and dedication to agricultural education.
