Pearson High School athletes perform excellent at the 49th SA Biathlon Championship

Congratulations to the following Pearson High School athletes who recently participated at the 49th SA Biathlon Championship:
Results were as follows:
U15:
- Mienke Kok finished 18th from 49 girls, and clocked the fasted swim time in the U15 girls competition.
- Hiram Roberts finished 34th from 59 competitors.
U17:
- Isabel Kuhn finished 16th from 52 competitors, with a strong run and swim performance.
U19:
- Elné Reynolds claimed 1st place in the girls U19, running a personal best of 2:22:22, and clocking the fastest time in the pool to secure gold.
- Liam Wedderburn secured a silver medal finish in the boys U19 with a remarkable swim setting the fastest time of 57:46 in the pool.
EP Biathlon wishes to congratulate Pearson High School on finishing 10th overall out of 82 High Schools in the schools competition.
