Hugeunot Primary School’s U13 A mixed team of learners, ranging from U8 – U13, took part in the Cape Winelands Top Schools Championship 2025 in Worcester. The team of players:

• Gerrit Smit – gr. 2
• Ivan Weng – gr. 4
• Phillip Botma – gr. 5
• Malan de Villiers – gr. 6
• Denè Cilliers – gr. 6
• Zoë Van der Merwe – gr. 7

competed in a 5-round Swiss tournament. Our team had the most match points by the end of the tournament in their section and was awarded first place. Well done to the team. You have made our Huguenot family extremely proud!
