Empowering the Future: Leadership Development Workshop for 2025 Student Leaders. On the 12th of March 2025, Grantleigh schools hosted a memorable leadership development workshop at the school auditorium, aimed at shaping the future leaders of our school. The event, led by Pastor Mark Dewrance, one of the school’s highly respected parents, proved to be both engaging and insightful for the students in attendance. The workshop was designed for 2025’s student leaders, including prefects, portfolio leaders, house captains, and heads of houses. Throughout the afternoon, Pastor Dewrance facilitated discussions that encouraged the students to reflect on the essential qualities of effective leadership and the steps they can take to grow into influential, responsible leaders.

The session was filled with practical advice, thought-provoking conversations, and inspiring stories that challenged students to think about what it truly means to lead. Attendees left the workshop with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of their roles as leaders within the school community. The afternoon proved to be not only a valuable learning experience but also an unforgettable moment that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on these young leaders as they continue to guide and inspire their peers. At Grantleigh schools remains committed to nurturing leadership skills in its students, ensuring that they are well-equipped for the challenges of tomorrow.
