Fairmont High School are excited to share some outstanding recent results from our two talented young riders, Luc Rossouw and Xavi Gomes, who competed across several top-tier national events over the past few weeks.

• Jonkershoek – SA Downhill Cup & Western Cape Downhill Series:
• Luc: 2nd place in both races (Sub-Junior Division)
• Xavi: 3rd place in both races (Youth Division) and 6th overall fastest time
• Cascades, KZN – SA Downhill Cup:
• Luc: 3rd place (Sub-Junior Division)
• Xavi: 5th place (Youth Division)
• Cascades, KZN – SA Downhill Champs 2025:

This annual national championship brought together the best riders from across the country.

• Luc: 3rd place (Sub-Junior Division)
• Xavi: 7th place (Youth Division)
• SA Enduro Champs: Limpopo

Luc earned another SA medal, placing 2nd in the Sub-Junior category at the South African Enduro Championships. A fantastic achievement! Both riders showed impressive consistency and resilience, especially considering the depth of competition in their age groups. Well done to Luc and Xavi on their excellent performances!
