Durban Girls’ High School Sport Awards evening unfolded in spectacular fashion, honouring the hard work, dedication and achievements of our talented athletes. It was a celebration of the values that sport instils – discipline, teamwork, perseverance and leadership. The athletes were not the only ones acknowledged: coaches, mentors, and supporters were also honoured for their efforts in guiding and nurturing the talent of these young sports enthusiasts.

Thank you to Mrs Carole Adam (SA and KZN Water Polo player and alumnus) for her inspiring speech and presenting the awards. Well done to Jade Salter who was awarded Sportswoman of the Year. Team of the Year went to our First Volleyball Team. Well done!
