Creston College athlete Simoné van Heerden in Grade 11 set a new personal best in her Parkrun this past weekend, finishing second overall and first in her age group. The “front runners” congratulated her on her fantastic performance, recognising her hard work. It’s inspiring to see how Simoné has grown as an athlete, supporting and encouraging her fellow runners along the way. This Creston girl is truly making her mark!
