We are incredibly proud to celebrate Kylie Windvogel, a dedicated and talented Grade 5 learner who has achieved a remarkable milestone by receiving her SAMCA (South African Majorette and Cheerleading Association) colours. This prestigious recognition is awarded to athletes who demonstrate exceptional skill, commitment, and sportsmanship in majorette and cheerleading — and Kylie has certainly embodied all of these qualities.

Her achievement reflects countless hours of practice, perseverance, and a true passion for her sport. Balancing academics and training at such a young age is no small feat, yet Kylie continues to shine with determination and grace. Earning SAMCA colours is not only an honour, but also a testament to her discipline and unwavering dedication. We believe this accomplishment is just the beginning of an exciting journey filled with even greater successes. With her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and fearless spirit, there is no doubt that Kylie will continue to soar to new heights and inspire those around her.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to her parents, coaches, and everyone who supports and encourages her along the way. Your guidance and belief play an essential role in her growth and achievements. At William Lloyd Primary School, we are proud to nurture and celebrate raw talent — and Kylie is a shining example of what passion, support, and hard work can achieve. Well, done, Kylie — your WLP family is cheering you on every step of the way!
