Volksrust High School choir recently had the fantastic opportunity to perform at the Interhigh Choir Festival in Standerton, and what an experience it was! Under the skilled direction of our conductor, Ms. Senzy Khumalo, and the musical accompaniment of Mrs. Marietjie Steyn, we delivered a captivating performance that showcased a diverse repertoire of African and Western songs. The festival was an enriching experience, allowing us to share our passion for music and cultural expression through song. The energy was electric, and we thoroughly enjoyed showcasing our talents alongside other talented choirs. We’re grateful for the opportunity to have performed at this wonderful event and look forward to future collaborations!
