Dundee HS cricket U15 boys’ results: DHS won by 25 runs. Sarel was bowled out for 90 runs. Yishay Laloo was the longest at the crease with 48 runs, and he and Aadil Surti built a strong partnership. Yishay Laloo, Hamza Docrat, and Eugene Corbit were outstanding bowlers. On Saturday, 16 August, our 1st Cricket team played against Sarel Cilliers: DHS were sent into bat first.

With a start of 45/4 after 5 overs, our batsman needed to stabilize the innings. They started to settle in nicely with excellent partnerships. A 78-run partnership between Kiandri Bierbaum & Ryno Labuschagne, followed by another partnership of 43 runs between Kiandri & Heindre Smit, secured a defendable total of 189 runs.

Top batsman for DHS was: Ryno Labuschagne 41, Kiandri Bierbaum 32 & Heindre Smit 24. Excellent bowling from: Ryno Labuschagne 2/13, Stuart Talanda 2/18 & Tayrees Du Preez 2/13 ensured a 90-run victory, with Sarel managing to score 99 runs all out. Man of the match was Ryno Labuschagne for his valuable contribution with the bat & ball.
