St Patrick’s CBC Hockey and Netball teams took part in a Pre-Season Tournament

This past weekend St Patrick’s CBC High School Hockey and Netball teams headed to the Northern Cape High School Pre-Season Tournament, and what a weekend it was.
Our First Boys, First Girls and U16 Boys Hockey teams, along with our Netball girls, proudly wore the CBC badge and competed against some of the top schools in the country. This is exactly the kind of competition that challenges our players and prepares them properly for the season ahead. Thank you to Northern Cape for the invitation and for hosting a well-run and competitive festival.
A massive congratulations to our First Boys Hockey team who won the tournament with a nail-biting 1–0 win over Milnerton High School from Cape Town. What an achievement!
Well done to Lopang Morwe on being named Player of the Tournament. A well-deserved recognition. Well done to every player and coach for the commitment, pride and respect with which you represented St Patrick’s CBC. That’s what makes us proud.
