It was with great excitement that our festival team set off for Potchefstroom during the 1st week in May to participate in the annual national All Girls’ Festival. Nineteen top government schools from across the country gathered to compete in a variety of sports and cultural activities. Sports include hockey, chess, netball, squash, and tennis. In addition, the team participated in art, creative writing, debating, drama, Master Chef, and vocal ensemble. Well done to all Danville Park Girls’ High School participants, and thank you to the staff team who accompanied them.
