Slipper Day is off to an exciting start at Crawford International Ruimsig! The event is buzzing with energy and anticipation as students don their favourite slippers in support of the Reach for a Dream Foundation. A special highlight of the day is the outstanding contribution by Grade 1 learner, Rohan Tatchell, and his mother, Ms. Raeesa Tatchell. Together, they raised an impressive R1800 for the foundation, setting a wonderful example of generosity and community spirit. The entire school community has shown incredible support for this cause, with learners enthusiastically participating and contributing. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the students look fantastic in their slippers, spreading joy and kindness throughout the campus. Crawford Ruimsig had set an ambitious target of R25000 for the fundraiser. The final amount raised will be announced in a subsequent update.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to every Crawfordian who donated and made this event a success.
