Cannons Creek hosts ‘Melodies from the Movies’ concert

On 26 June 2026, Cannons Creek Independent Primary School hosted its Winter Music Recital, entitled “Melodies from the Movies”.
Appreciation was extended to the parents for their support; the team of teachers who contributed to the success of the evening, especially the dedicated Music staff for their tireless work in nurturing and growing the pupils’ musicality. “It was deeply rewarding to see all of their hard work and dedication come alive on stage,” said Ms Gail Levitt (Head of Primary School Music).

Ms Judith Stiller and Ethan Abrahamse (Grade 5) shared the piano bench for a toe-tapping rendition of ‘Mission Impossible’
Charlie Duncan (Grade 6) delivered a powerful and expressive solo vocal performance of ‘Part of Your World’, as featured in ‘The Little Mermaid’ movie.
