Volksrust High School had its BIG BRAG for the winter sport of 2022 on the 25th of February! The captains and under captains of all the different sports teams were announced. It was a privilege to announce the first teams of netball, girl’s hockey, boy’s hockey and rugby. The sports players were beaming with smiles, proud to represent our school. This was a memorable event for our learners.

At Volkies it’s NOT FOR ONE BUT FOR ALL. The spirit of the school was incredible as they cheered for the different teams and coaches. The EC would like to thank the school for supporting the sports players and the teachers for all their contributions. A special thanks to all the coaches for their dedication to coaching the sports teams.We hope and believe this is the start of a successful winter sports season.
