South African College High School Swimmer represented SA at the Brics games. Sirhaan Mia’s results for the Brics games were as follows:

• 200m fly (PB) – placed 8th
• 100m fly – placed 10th

South Africa placed 3rd overall with China winning the Games and Russia coming in second. Sirhaan said it was quite an experience racing against these boys and that it was a great experience where many new international and national friendships were made. Well done Sirhaan.
