This term has seen several remarkable sports milestones for Lilyfontein School:

• Our 1st Team Girls’ Hockey made school history by defeating Cambridge High School’s 1st Team for the first time ever – a hard-earned and inspiring win that will be remembered for years to come.
• Swimmers Sophia and Ben have been ranked among the top athletes nationally in their age groups – an outstanding achievement and recognition of their hard work and discipline.
• Summer Gaylard, a Grade 8 learner, has signed with Team Siata, a professional development cycling team based in Durban, for the 2025 season. This is a significant milestone in her cycling journey, and we look forward to following her progress.
