Talented Grade 10 Crawford International Ruimsig Gymnast, Vania Coelho competes internationally during the holidays! #GymStars Gymnastics Club in Malta recently hosted an incredible international gymnastics event from the 5th to the 7th July 2024. This prestigious competition brought together 300 athletes from around the world, including South Africa, Luxembourg, Serbia, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK! We are thrilled to announce that our very own Crawfordian, Vania, represented the Johannesburg Gymnastics Club with outstanding performances! Vania secured 3rd place on vault, bar, beam, and floor, and achieved an impressive 3rd place overall! Her team also finished 3rd in the team competition, just behind two teams from the UK. We couldn’t be prouder of Vania and her incredible achievements!
