Seven pupils from St Benedict School recently participated in the Lions International Peace Poster Contest. The theme was “Dare to Dream”. The pupils spent many hours, during break and after school, creating their masterpieces. In the regional section, Rikki Stedman (Gr 6) won 1st place and Sade’ Kymdell (Gr 6) came 2nd. They both received cash prizes. All the participants were presented with certificates by the Lions Club President, Karen Hyde and the Project Chairperson, David Hughes. We are very proud of the talent and dedication displayed by the Art students.
