The grade 11 hospitality class of Lady Grey Arts Academy was asked to design an indigenous menu.  The menu may only consist of food and ingredients that were indigenous to South Africa.  Once again it was clear why our students belong here at the academy.  Some brilliant menus were designed.  Mr. Allen Hendy surely had a hard time picking the winner, but he said that in the end there was a clear winner.

Lihle Lingela, a dedicated hard-working student, won the competition and Avril Theron came in second.  We would like to thank all learners that participated and congratulate the winners on a job well done.
