Hudson Park High School recently received some good news regarding two of our learners. Two of our learners participated in the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) South African Nationals recently held in Edenvale, Gauteng. Asange Belu, took part in his first ever fight competition and brought home a silver medal. Asange fought in the heavyweight division and made it all the way to finals where his journey ended with a second place win.

Shaun Swart, took part in his first ever fight competition as well and also brought home a silver medal. Shaun fought in the featherweight division and also made it all the way to finals where he took home a second place win. We are incredibly proud of these two learners and their achievements in this tough sporting discipline. We wish all the best for their futures in the sport.
