Durban Girls’ College are incredibly proud of Arabella-Jean Sadler, Grade 8, for her outstanding results at the DHL National Lifesaving Championships held in Gqeberha during the holidays. Competing in her final year of Nipper Lifesaving, Arabella delivered an impressive all-round performance, achieving multiple 4th place finishes in her individual events and earning a National Gold Medal as part of a pool relay team.

Her dedication and consistency in both ocean and pool events have secured her a place in the Eastern Cape Lifesaving Team, which will compete at the DHL Interprovincial Championships in Durban on 2–3 May 2026. Arabella represents the Summerstrand Lifesaving Club and continues to pursue her sporting goals with determination and excellence. We wish her the very best for the upcoming championships!
