Tristan Mc Given, a grade 7 learner at Curro Durbanville, was crowned the SA XCO Mountain Bike Champion 2023, Sub Junior Boys Category. This is the 3^rd consecutive year that Tristan won the championship title. Tristan took the title, against the very best cyclist from all provinces, with a lead time of 2 minutes. He also represented the under 15 Western Cape team where they received first place at the Team Pursuit Track Event.
