With no school sports last weekend, it was the perfect time for Parkrun! Our very own Simoné van Heerden, Grade 12 – Head of Culture and Parkrun enthusiast, took on a true trail-running challenge – mud, debris, landslides, and even more mud! Despite the tough conditions, Simoné powered through to claim 1st place for ladies, 1st place in her age group and 5th place overall on the field.  She had a blast reconnecting with her Parkrun friends and proving that a little mud never stops a Creston College girl!
