Competing against participants from 59 countries worldwide, Crawford International Sandton College learners have truly raised the bar in the Mental Maths Challenge and have made their mark on the global stage. The first round, held from 12 – 16 July 2024, saw our students shine bright, and we couldn’t be prouder!

In an impressive display of mental calculation prowess, Moath Hakami emerged as the number one ranked student in South Africa, followed by Rushil Balla in 6th place. Rahul Mistry placed 11th and Alexia De Jesus took 13th place. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the students’ dedication, hard work, and exceptional mathematical skills.
