The resounding success of this reunion can be attributed to the unwavering dedication and meticulous planning of Joanne Frost (nee Pienaar), Nicholas Ingel, Byron Ashington, and Candace Bernstein. Their commitment to creating a memorable event for all attendees paid off in spades.

But this reunion was not just about nostalgia. The Class of 1988 united for a noble cause – to give back to their beloved alma mater, Camps Bay High School. Together, they raised an astonishing R120,000, with the sole purpose of establishing a bursary fund to support deserving learners at the school. In an act of remarkable generosity, the class has already identified a deserving Grade 8 student who will be the first beneficiary of this fund.
