From the 1st to the 3rd of May Tyne van Achterbergh from Amanzimtoti High School competed in the 2025 SA Lifesaving Championship.

• 2nd U19 Ironman
• 3rd U19 Board
• 1st Open/Senior Surf Swim SA Champion
• Overall U19 competitor of SA Lifesaving Championships

Tyne was selected onto the SA Lifesaving HP Squad for 2025.
