LANDLOOP:

Eleven long-distance athletes from Aliwal North Primary School proudly represented the school at the Free State Cross Country Championships on 9 August in Bloemfontein. They were among 1,090 primary school participants competing in distances ranging from 1 km to 10 km, with age categories spanning from 8 to 75 years.

Atlete het letterlik teen die wind gehardloop in buitengewoon moeilike weersomstandighede, wat elke deelnemer se uithouvermoë tot die uiterste beproef het. Ten spyte van die uitdagings het al ons atlete hul alles gegee, met drie wat persoonlike beste tye behaal het. Ons is uiters trots op hul toewyding en prestasies. With this event, the 2025 cross country season officially comes to an end for now. Well done to you all!
