St Benedict School in Pinetown recently held its annual Primary School Concert where every learner from Grade RR right through to Grade 7 got to participate. This year the show was entitled “Blast to the Past” and the audience got the opportunity to travel in a time machine with the pupils and explore the music through the years. Each Grade performed a song and dance from a different decade, covering everything from “Singing in the Rain” in the 1920’s to Queen and Abba in the ’80s. The stage was filled with dazzling costumes and smiling faces and much enjoyment was had by all.
