Wembley College Equestrian Academy attended the year end KZN SANESA Awards Ceremony on, Saturday 20 September, at Summerveld, Shongweni. The following riders won awards.

Amelia Yeadon –  Certificates of Achievement:

•  Overall Top Rider PS Runner-up (Rider points accumulated over all disciplines for the 5 Qualifiers)
• Overall Top Horse/Rider Combination PS Runner-up with her horse Wembley’s Brooks Club. (Spesific individual horse/rider combination points accumulated over all disciplines for the 5 Qualifiers)
• Overall Top Rider Runner-up PS in Prix Caprilli (Rider points accumulated for PC throughout the 5 Qualifiers)
• Overall Top Equitation Rider PS (Points accumulated throughout the 5 Qualifiers)
• Certificates of Excellence:Highest PC percentage score recorded overall in Level 1 for PS across the 5 Qualifiers.

Daniella Schröder – Certificates of Achievement:

• Overall Top Equitation Rider HS Second Runner-up (Points accumulated in Equitation throughout the 5 Qualifiers)
• Overall Top Prix Caprilli Rider HS (Point accumulated for PC throughout the 5 Qualifiers)
•  Overall Top Horse/Rider Combination HS Second Runner-up with her horse Maxwell’s Kondos Come On Eileen.
• (Spesific individual horse/rider combination points accumulated over all disciplines for the 5 Qualifiers)
• Overall Top Rider HS Second Runner-up (Rider points accumulated over all disciplines for the 5 Qualifiers)
• Certificate of Excellence: Highest PC percentage score recorded overall in Level 1 for HS across the 5 Qualifiers.

Lindsay Hohls – Certificate of Excellence:

• Highest PC percentage score recorded overall in Level 3 for PS across the 5 Qualifiers.
• Wembley College PS won the Group H division (schools with 2-4 horse/rider combinations for 2025.
• A huge congratulations to Amelia Yeadon, Lindsay Hohls and Julia Robertson.

Certificates were also given to the KZN Sanesa Team 2025 which will be competing at Nationals from 6-11 October at KPC in Johannesburg.

• Amelia and Wembley’s Brooks Club: Primary School disciplines of Dressage, Prix Caprilli, Equitation and Showjumping
• Lindsay Hohls and Wembley’s Optimistic: Primary School disciplines of Prix Caprilli, Equitation and Showjumping
• Daniella Schröder and Maxwell’s Kondos Come On Eileen: High School disciplines of Dressage, Prix Caprilli, Equitation and Showjumping.

Our Equestrian Academy coach Chrisna Jooste said, “We were over the moon watching our riders receive awards for their 2025 Sanesa Campaign. Well done to our riders and their equally fantastic horses!”
