Congratulations to Grade 11 learner, Mia van der Veen for placing 2^nd at the Africa Triathlon Junior Cup held at the Troutbeck Inn Resort in Nyanga Zimbabwe on 2 April 2022. Mia completed the course in a time of 01:25:56. The course consisted of a 750 m swim (1 lap), a bike ride of 20,334 km (3 laps) and a run of 5 km (2 laps). We are very proud of Mia’s results as this course is one of the most challenging Triathlon routes used for competitions. Sutherland High School.
