All of Stulting Primary School’s Grade 3 became little world changers for ๐™‰๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ก ๐™‹๐™ก๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™– ๐™๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™š๐™ง ๐˜ฟ๐™–๐™ฎ! With tiny hands and big hearts, we replanted beautiful creations of God to take home and nurture. Flowers donโ€™t just brighten our world, they remind us of His blessings and the beauty in caring for our planet. By learning about biodiversity, pollination and the gift of nature, weโ€™re growing a greener, more wonderful world. Keep blooming and spreading His light!

1) ๐™‘๐™ž๐™ค๐™ก๐™– – ๐™๐™๐™š ๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ฉ๐™ก๐™š ๐™๐™–๐™ฅ๐™ฅ๐™ฎ ๐™›๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™š๐™ง:

Violas are small, cheerful flowers that brighten any garden. Their delicate petals appear in lovely shades of purple, yellow, white and blue. These sweet blooms are known for their gentle beauty and often look like tiny smiling faces.

๐™๐™ช๐™ฃ ๐™๐™–๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™จ:

– Violas are sometimes called โ€œJohnny-Jump-Upsโ€ because they pop up all over the garden.

– Their flowers are edible and are sometimes used to decorate cakes.

– They grow well in cool weather and bloom for a long time.

2) ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ง๐™ž๐™œ๐™ค๐™ก๐™™๐™จ – ๐™๐™๐™š ๐™œ๐™ค๐™ก๐™™๐™š๐™ฃ ๐™œ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฌ:

Marigolds are natureโ€™s little golden treasures! Their vibrant orange and yellow petals symbolize warmth, positivity, and protection. Often used in celebrations, they bring good luck and happiness wherever they bloom.

๐™๐™ช๐™ฃ ๐™๐™–๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™จ:

– Marigolds are known as “flowers of the sun” in many cultures.

– They naturally repel pests, making them great garden protectors.

– Their petals are edible and sometimes used in teas and salads!

3) ๐™‹๐™š๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™– – ๐™๐™๐™š ๐™˜๐™ค๐™ก๐™ค๐™ช๐™ง๐™›๐™ช๐™ก ๐™จ๐™๐™ค๐™ฌ-๐™ค๐™›๐™›:

Petunias are bright and beautiful flowers that fill gardens with colour. Their soft, trumpet-shaped blooms appear in shades of pink, purple, white and red, bringing life and colour wherever they grow.

๐™๐™ช๐™ฃ ๐™๐™–๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™จ:

– Petunias have trumpet-shaped flowers.

– They are loved by butterflies and bees.

– They bloom for a very long time, from spring to autumn.

4) ๐™‹๐™–๐™ฃ๐™จ๐™ฎ – ๐™๐™๐™š ๐™๐™–๐™ฅ๐™ฅ๐™ฎ ๐™›๐™–๐™˜๐™š ๐™›๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™š๐™ง:

Pansies are famous for their colourful petals that often look like smiling faces. These cheerful flowers come in many bright colours and bring joy and beauty to any garden.

๐™๐™ช๐™ฃ ๐™๐™–๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™จ:

– Many pansies look like they have tiny faces.

– The name โ€œpansyโ€ comes from the French word “pensรฉe,” meaning โ€œthoughtโ€.

– Their petals are edible and sometimes used to decorate food.

5) ๐˜พ๐™š๐™ก๐™ค๐™จ๐™ž๐™– – ๐™๐™๐™š ๐™›๐™ก๐™–๐™ข๐™š ๐™›๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™š๐™ง:

Celosia flowers are bold and eye-catching, often shaped like flames or soft feathers. Their bright colours like red, orange, pink and yellow make gardens look lively and exciting.

๐™๐™ช๐™ฃ ๐™๐™–๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™จ:

– The name celosia comes from a Greek word meaning โ€œburning.โ€

– Some celosia flowers look like a roosterโ€™s comb.

– They love sunshine and warm weather.

– Celosia is pronounced seh-LOH-see-uh. A simple way to remember it is to think of โ€œsay hello, see ya!โ€ which sounds very similar to the word celosia. These flowers are bright and fiery, often looking like little flames in colours such as red, orange, and pink, which make them easy to remember and fun to talk about.

๐™’๐™๐™ฎ ๐™ฌ๐™š ๐™˜๐™๐™ค๐™จ๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š๐™จ๐™š ๐™›๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™š๐™ง๐™จ?
