Spring really has sprung at Scrummies, our Pre-Primary School at St Charles College! On Friday morning, 2 September, the St John’s D.S.G. girls joined our Scrummies boys for a Spring Playdate. There was a buzz in the air as our boys welcomed the girls with BIG excitement! There was lots to do and explore! From creating colourful flower crowns, to making bird feeders and decorating delicious cupcakes. Heaps of fun was had as the Eaglets and Scrummies painted, rescued insects from slime and even got a chance to slip ‘n slide! The Eaglet girls even got their own flower bouquets from our chivalrous Scrummies boys.

It was such a happy start to Spring, and it was lovely to see so many newfound friendships being made! – Ms Chantelle Steenkamp
