Arboretum Primary School would like to extend our sincerest congratulations to our three learners, Shekinah Pillay (Grade 6), Tsidi Setshedi(Grade 6), and Krishay Chetty (Grade 4), on their exceptional performance in the Spelling Bee competition.  The competition was divided into eight rounds. In the written round during Round 2, Shekinah obtained a score of 98%, while Tsidi and Krishay achieved a perfect score of 100%.

Although Shekinah was eliminated in Round 6, Tsidi and Krishay demonstrated remarkable consistency and excellence throughout the competition. The department has identified the top 10 learners in the district, and we are thrilled that Krishay Chetty and Tsidi have been included in this select group. It is particularly noteworthy that Krishay, a Grade 4 learner, has achieved this distinction in a competition dominated by Grade 6 learners. Congratulations to these learners and thank you Mrs Govender and Mrs Peel for your support and guidance to this initiative.
