It is our pleasure to announce the appointment of Ms Kerry Bailey as the new Executive Head of Waterstone College, effective 1 May 2026 following the appointment of Mr JC Engelbrecht as Curro Business Manager. Ms Bailey has been a valued member of the Waterstone College community since 2014 and currently serves as Head of High School. Over the years, she has demonstrated commitment and leadership across the academic, sporting, and cultural spheres of the school. We are also proud to note that she has recently successfully completed the Curro Leadership Development Programme, further strengthening her readiness for this role.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr JC for the passionate, caring, and values-driven manner in which he has led Waterstone College as Executive Head since October 2023. We are also pleased that he will remain involved with Waterstone College in his new capacity as Business Manager, ensuring a smooth handover and continued operational continuity. We are confident that under Ms Bailey’s leadership, Waterstone College will continue to grow from strength to strength, upholding our core values of Faith, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.
