What is the highlight of your team’s rugby season this year? Our comeback against a strong Stellenberg and our win against Westville in the dying seconds.
How do you motivate your team? I encourage them to belief in their abilities and I give them my full backing.
Who is your vice-captain and how does he support you? Tobias Nota. He helps me out by taking ownership in the backline and giving met advice on decisions that have to be made.
Are you happy with your team’s line-up for this weekend? Do you have any injuries in your team? I’m more than happy with the lineup, but we have been battling with a few injuries in the backline.
What do you as a team want to achieve this year? What will make you proud? Every team’s dream is to have an unbeaten season, but it’s not possible anymore. Other than that just to finish the season off on a high. What would make me proud is to beat the top-rated team in SA.
What are your plans for the future? My plans for the future are to study and to continue playing rugby.
