Our hockey girls have had a tough season but we have been fortunate to have had number of our girls selected to represent Border.

It is with sadness that we bid 4 of our Girl’s 1^st team hockey players farewell as they complete their matric year.

In the first photo, Ms Lorrinda Thomas (team manager) and Mr Jerry Snyman (coach) are pictured with the girls who end their high school hockey careers this year:

Simoné Prince, Zukhanye ‘Litho’ Tyalintsika and Siviwe Tunyiswa (left to right). Not pictured here is Jody-Ann October.

Zukhanye and Jody-Ann celebrated 100 caps this year while Simoné has 28 caps and Siviwe 36 caps for the team.

We wish them all the best for their hockey careers and futures in the sport.
