What can the school and parents expect from your team this weekend? Expect a team that is going to give their
absolute best. A team that is confident in its ability to play. Win or lose, they will be gentlemen and will most certainly give all they can to make the school proud.
How does your team prepare in the week leading up to a big game such as this weekend against Grey High?
It’s not a matter of just preparing this week; we have been preparing the whole season. This week, we focus on polishing up the finer details and reviewing key areas of our game.
Where would you say your strength lies this year? In our ability to play as a team and identify phases in the game that require particular styles of management.
Who has had the biggest influence on you as a coach in your life? Is there someone you look up to? I wouldn’t
say there has been one person. I have tried to take as much as I can from working with many different coaches.
What message do you convey to your team just before they run on the field? Go out there and give it everything you have. Don’t leave any regrets behind. Do what got you into this team in the first place.
